At the start of the design process, it was our aim to identify and clearly define the buyer’s needs and wishes. We have twisted and re-interpreted the architectonics of townhouses and single-family homes and created a totally new concept taking its roots from the privacy aspect and utilization of private outdoor living spaces.

The project became very successful and sold out at pre-construction stage. The build quality surpassed all expectations and set the new standards in the area. Qualitas has gained an incredible reputation with this signature project .The client satisfaction was at high levels, and many buyers re-invested in the forthcoming project as soon as the land was acquired which largely helped us to finance our next project.
